1. Educational and practice use only
TickForge is an education and practice platform. It exists so that people can rehearse reading charts, recognising formations and applying rules in a risk-free sandbox. It is not a trading platform, not a market data service, and not a place to form views about what any real instrument will do.
2. All data is synthetic and algorithmically generated
Every chart, tick, candle, open, high, low, close, volume figure, spread, indicator value and detected pattern in TickForge is produced by our own mathematical and algorithmic models. It is not real market data, not a recording or redistribution of any exchange or vendor feed, and not a historical reconstruction of what any instrument actually did on any date.
Sessions are deterministic: the same request rebuilds the same simulated session. That reproducibility is a teaching feature and does not make the data real. Reference price levels and market hours are used only to give the simulation a familiar shape; any resemblance to the actual price path of a real instrument is coincidental.
3. Instrument names and no affiliation
Instruments are presented with generic, descriptive labels that indicate what a market represents. TickForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any exchange, index provider, issuer, broker or data vendor. Where any third-party name appears it is used for identification and educational reference only and remains the property of its owner.
4. Not investment advice
Nothing in TickForge is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a trading signal, a research recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. This includes pattern detections, live alerts, strategy simulation results, watchlists, journals, risk-calculator output and all commentary produced by the Vega AI coach.
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or research analyst. We do not execute orders, route trades, hold client money or provide market access of any kind. All "trades", "positions" and "tickets" in the product are simulated entries against synthetic prices with no monetary value.
5. About Vega, the AI coach
Vega is an automated AI tutor. It explains chart mechanics, pattern anatomy and risk concepts, and can drive the terminal and draw on the chart to illustrate a lesson. Vega's output is generated by a language model, may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and refers only to synthetic sessions. Vega does not know your circumstances, does not assess suitability, and must never be treated as a source of advice or of live market information. Always verify anything you learn here independently before acting in a real market.
6. Simulated results are not real results
Strategy simulation, paper trades and journal statistics run entirely on synthetic data. Simulated performance has inherent limitations: no real capital, no real order queue, no genuine liquidity or slippage, no counterparty, no funding or borrow costs unless you model them, and the benefit of hindsight over a data set the engine itself produced. Simulated results have no predictive value for real trading, must not be presented as a track record, and must not be used to market performance to third parties.
7. Trading risk
Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, currencies, commodities and crypto-assets carry substantial risk of loss, including loss exceeding your deposit in leveraged products. Skill demonstrated in a simulator does not transfer reliably to live markets, where execution, emotion, costs and liquidity all differ. You are solely responsible for any decision you take in a real market, and you should consider advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction first.
8. Availability and accuracy
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the simulation, pattern detection, AI commentary or any statistic is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn at any time.
9. Your obligations as a user
You agree that you will not:
- present TickForge output as real market data, live prices or an actual trading record;
- use the output to give advice, signals or financial promotions to other people;
- redistribute, resell or scrape generated data or embed it in a misleading context;
- use the platform where doing so would require a licence or registration we do not hold.
10. Vega Anywhere browser extension
The Vega Anywhere extension analyses only screenshots that you deliberately capture from third-party websites, using the same educational Lens and Shield pipelines. It does not scrape, monitor or store data from those sites, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any charting platform, broker or exchange. Its output follows the same rules as everything else in TickForge: educational chart reading only, never investment advice, signals or trade calls. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites you use it on.
